Thursday, October 20, 2011 – Auditor Schweich had no choice but to give a grade of “incomplete” to the Division of Finance on their audit, because they failed to submit certain records necessary for the audit. Now the Missouri Banker’s Association has sued, saying the State Auditor doesn’t have the authority to do “performance audits.”
